Skype Skype is an online program used to communicate to people over the internet. You can video call, call and instant message all in real time and best of all it is FREE. The majority of my dads’ family lives overseas in New Zealand which makes it really hard to communicate. The easiest way is to email back and forth. Then I discovered Skype.
